It proposes candidates to undertake a <strong>6-month internship abroad<\/strong>, which can be extended up to eleven months. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recognized by local missions, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MFRs (Maisons Familiales Rurales), and P\u00f4le Emploi, the Ann\u00e9e Autrement training program encourages trying or retrying mobility, especially when a professional situation in the home country is at a standstill. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After a first Erasmus Plus mobility as a student in Romania, Th\u00e9o flew to Barcelona thanks to the Ann\u00e9e Autrement training program. He joined an NGO there and had an enriching and formative professional experience. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cMy mobility in Catalonia went extremely well. Upon my return, the<a href=\"https:\/\/mfr-du-bergeracois.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> MFR du Bergeracois<\/a>, which I belong to, called me to ask if I wanted to go to Brazil,\u201d <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">he explains. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How can one resist the call of a new departure? Th\u00e9o flew again, and his resume continued to grow. Now settled in Spain, he shares the benefits of a new mobility experience in adulthood. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI was fortunate to learn Spanish, Portuguese, and English in Romania thanks to these multiple mobilities.\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Th\u00e9o&#8217;s journey has gained expertise and value, both in Spain and in France, should he decide to move back one day.
