Even if remote internships seem to develop faster in the main European countries than in France, we all had to adapt to the rare situation we are going through due to COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n

Whether it’s for an <\/span>internship<\/span><\/a> or a permanent position, it’s not easy to change work habits. That’s why <\/span>Mobi Trainee<\/span><\/a> is giving you some tips on how to handle working from home.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Set up your workspace<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In order to be able to work <\/span>comfortably<\/b>, it is important to set up a small “personal open space”. Define a work area. It is important to be able to keep your personal and professional life separate.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Showcase your decorating skills and make this space pleasant so that you can be productive.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Get dressed<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Working in your pajamas all day is not very stimulating,<\/span> so get dressed<\/b>!  Keep your daily routine.<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Set a schedule for yourself<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Don’t change your work habits. Make a schedule for yourself if you think you need it. Organize your time between projects and conference calls. Keep the same rhythm you had when you went to the office and keep the same working hours.<\/span><\/p>\n

        And take breaks!<\/span><\/p>\n

          Nothing is easier than staying in touch with all the tools available, Skype, Teams, Mails … but also the collaborative tools set up by your company.<\/span><\/p>\n

            By working from home, you benefit from optimal working conditions.  Make the most of the time you save by not taking public transport or your car to get to your office. <\/span>Take advantage<\/b> of this time saving to carry out personal projects at home<\/b>, do small repairs for instance!<\/span><\/p>\n

            Eat a healthy and balanced diet<\/b>, no need to nibble on your sandwich on the corner of the desk.<\/span><\/p>\n

            Time is our main concern, so in such circumstances take the opportunity to share moments and activities with your family.<\/span><\/p>\n

            This new way of working allows a better work\/life balance.<\/span><\/p>\n

              A healthy mind in a healthy body<\/b>. Eat healthy and prepare good meals.<\/span><\/p>\n

              Get some fresh air !<\/b> Go for a walk, improvise a little sport session in your garden.  <\/span><\/p>\n

              Take some time for yourself<\/b>. Try activities that you may not have time for in your daily life.<\/span><\/p>\n

              Stay zen<\/b>!  Start or end your day with a yoga or relaxation session.<\/span><\/p>\n

              Put these tips to good use, but the most important thing is that you find <\/span>YOUR own organization<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
